Rachel Dalton, RD, LD
Rachel is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian dedicated to fostering a compassionate, collaborative environment to support patients in identifying and achieving their nutrition-related goals. Rachel received her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Iowa State University and completed her Dietetic Internship at Cleveland Clinic in Ohio. After completing her program, Rachel went on to serve as a Peace Corps Volunteer in rural Zambia where she spent 18 months as a maternal and child health educator. Rachel additionally holds experience in the treatment of disordered eating and eating disorders and is passionate about helping others navigate their relationship with food and their bodies. Rachel has been a proud team member of Northwestern Medicine’s Clinical Nutrition Department and Executive Health Program since January 2021. In her free time, Rachel enjoys traveling, experimenting with new recipes, tending to her plants, and perusing the aisles of Trader Joe’s.
