Cancellation Policy
Please familiarize yourself with our Cancellation Policy. A fee is charged for cancellations made within 14 days prior to your appointment date.
Cancellation Policy We regret that we need to charge for cancellations. However, when an appointment is cancelled on short notice, we are unable to fill that space. Therefore, a cancellation fee of $1,500 will be charged if you cancel 15 to 30 days prior to your appointment. If you cancel up to 14 days prior to your appointment, there will be a cancellation fee of $3,195. |
