We have arranged for you to have complimentary self-parking at 259 East Erie Street on the day of your executive physical. The on-site parking offers seven floors of enclosed patient parking, which can be accessed from either Erie or Ontario Street. Northwestern Medicine Executive Health is located on the corner of Erie Street and Fairbanks Court two blocks east of Michigan Avenue. Please note that complimentary parking is not available at Northwestern ramps and is only provided during the day of your executive physical. Overnight or extended visit parking is not provided.
