Jake Armbrust, DO, FAAFP, DABOM
Dr. Armbrust’s clinical interests include preventive medicine, obesity medicine and maximizing his patients’ healthspan, or the length of time that someone is healthy. He works with patients to create personalized healthcare plans built on a foundation of trust.
Dr. Armbrust earned his undergraduate degree from University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and attended medical school at Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his family medicine residency at Advocate Christ Medical Center where he earned Intern of the Year. Dr. Armbrust is board-certified in family medicine and is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Armbrust is certified as a diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine, signifying specialized knowledge in obesity medicine. Dr. Armbrust will join Northwestern Medicine Executive Health on December 1, 2025. |
